Here, I would like to thank all our customer. Thank you for all your patience and supports this 1 year plus. I know we’re not a very efficient blogshop. But we’re trying to. I know many of our customer are not satisfied with our service. Especially for those b2uties who ordered the slogan and lightstick. I know that you’ve been waiting for the lightsticks for months. I’m waiting for it too. Now, we’re waiting for the refund. We may not provide the best service, but well, we’re trying to… We understand that items are always delayed. Yes, due to something.. Mass meet up are not held often too.
Based on this Giveaway, I would like to understand more about our customer. So I hope you’ll spend sometime participating in this Giveaway and thus we’re able to make improvement to it. We hope you’ve suggest as many ideas as possible. Any insults, bad comments, suggestions are allowed. We hope you’ll say out something which you like or don’t like about us. Some of you guys posted on Twitter. Well I read that! So I hope you’re able give us some ideas, suggestions, comments or others.
Other than that, we hope you’re able to suggest to us what kind of merchandise you would like to purchase from us. Items like concert goods, fansites goods and other items. For concert goods, we’re having difficulties purchasing them as our supplier don’t go to the concert venue to purchase them. She would probably only purchase online. I hope you’ll understand this point.
Whether you’ve purchased items from us or not, you’re able to participate in this giveaway, regardless where you’re from. We’re able to send the items to your country. But you might have to pay for the shipping fee to your country.

I’ll be away from Singapore again ~
Yes, I’ll be away from Singapore again. I’m going to Taiwan (Taipei) and Malaysia until 17th March. I’ll be leaving Singapore on Friday. I might/will purchase instock items from EverySing if I manage to go there. If interested in purchasing them or you would like to suggest to us what you would like to purchase from us, please do fill up the form below.

Beast Beautiful Show Merchandise
For those who ordered in ‘Last Minute Preorder’ , items has been mailed out. Probably would arrive on Friday. So I don’t think I can send the items to you on time. Which means, you’ve to wait until next next week for items to arrive.

Beast Official Light Stick Refund
I’ve refunded some people for the lightsticks. For those who did not receive refund, please wait. I looked for the Korean who helped me to purchase the lightstick Last Saturday, which is on Beast Beautiful Show Concert. I asked her about it. She said that she will refund the money to me soon. I also emailed her my Korean Supplier account number. Which means, after my supplier received the refund from her, we’re able to continue to refund to those who had not received the refund.
For those who did not reply to us about your account number, please do email us asap . We wanted to refund to those people soon too.
